A leading mid-size M&E Contractor are looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. An excellent long-standing name within the industry they work in both the commercial and residential sectors delivering projects in London and the South East.

The ideal candidate will be a M&E Quantity Surveyor with experience working within the contracting market with a varied project portfolio.

The role offers excellent opportunities for development and they have a great reputation for internal promotions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting in carrying out monthly valuations

• Prepare and monitor project cash flow

• Contract Administration

• Agreement of subcontract & supplier accounts

• Cost reporting

• Value engineering

Person Specification

·       Degree-qualified/relevant experience

·       Current M&E QS experience in contracting

·       Varied project portfolio

Salary/Benefits

£45-55k
