A well known and highly successful Mechanical Contractor are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their Project Delivery team. Working under a Senior Project Manager, the ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience in project management having worked their way up from the tools.

They work within the residential sector and win large residential schemes within London and South East. They have developed an excellent reputation within the industry and offer opportunities for development.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Assist Senior Project Manager in mechanical project delivery

· Client-facing

· Attend and chair both internal and meetings with clients

· Offer technical support and advice

· Ensure that personal development is continuing

· Ensure project is delivered on time and profitably

Person Specification

· Mechanical Building Services Background

· Current Managerial Experience of 2-3 years

· Residential project experience

· Commercially minded

· Excellent communication

· Ambitious open for development
